Sales Executive

    This role serves our product development teams by helping facilitate all of our ongoing software enhancement processes. This role’s primary mission is to help drive the future of our products – ensuring that we are being responsive to existing customer needs and continuing to develop new features and products for our target markets.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Serving as a product expert on our SaaS solutions.
    • Being the glue for our agile product development process – helping with task management, release planning, development meetings, internal tools, etc.
    • Overseeing Q/A processes, including primary review of all new features.
    • Assisting with the creation and quality control of customer facing resources (release notes, documentation, videos, etc.) related to our products.
    • Tracking our backlog of potential software enhancements – organization, prioritization, reporting, etc.
    • Assisting with the technical support of customers, particularly related to software issues or research/discussions related to enhancement requests.
    • Participating in regular meetings with internal leadership related to planning the future of our product development efforts.
    • Working to continually improve our product development processes – planning, development, testing, release, etc.
